MIELIN is based in Paris, France, with most pieces thoughtfully crafted by our small and dedicated local team.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from Paris via La Poste. Estimated delivery times:

France: 2–5 business days

Europe: 2–7 business days

North America: 5–10 business days
We currently do not ship to other regions at this time.
Once your order leaves our studio, it is in the hands of the courier. While we’re not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages, we’re always here to help troubleshoot if something goes wrong.
Exchanges & Returns
As a small brand working with limited inventory, we’re currently only able to offer like-for-like exchanges (e.g., same item in a different size). We do not accept returns.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

Unworn

Clean and undamaged
-
Returned with all original tags attached
Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

A €15 restocking fee applies to all approved exchanges

Exchanges are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item

Partial Payment Preorders
For sizes we currently don’t have in stock due to limited fabric, this system allows us to plan production responsibly without overproducing.
To secure your size, we require a partial payment at checkout.
An initial payment is made when you place your order, and the remaining balance will be collected at a later date, closer to shipping.
Since our production begins shortly after orders are placed, preorders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase (via email or Instagram DM). After that, all sales are final. Refunds for canceled preorders are processed within 30 days of the following month of the request.
You can request an exchange after receiving your preorder, subject to the same conditions listed above.
We’ll keep you updated throughout production and notify you as soon as your piece ships.

Pricing & International Orders
All prices are listed in euros (€). If you're ordering from outside the EU, your package may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon delivery. These charges are not included at checkout and vary by country.
